The Residences at Fair Chase

This website was created with the objective of establishing effective communication between the members of the Condo Association and the Board of Directors. Along Legato Road between Post Forest Drive and Lee Highway (Route 29), "The Residences at Fair Chase" are stacked condominium units located in the heart of Fairfax, Virginia. There are a total of 130 condominium townhomes at Battenburg Lane, Eggleston Terrace and Whittemore Place (these are private streets behind Legato Road). The residents at Fair Chase have easy access to several shopping centers, restaurants and area cultural centers. There are two major airports, Dulles International and Reagan National which serve the Washington Metropolitan Area. Fair Chase communities are served by Eagle View Elementary, Lanier Middle School and Fairfax High School. These schools are operated by the Fairfax County Public Schools.
The condo units owners in good standing can enjoy a variety of amenities offered at Fair Chase. Among these amenities are a clubhouse, fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool and three tot lots. These amenities are shared among the Fair Chase Home Owners Association (Fair Chase HOA) and Legato Corners Condominium Association.

Condo unit owners are also members of the Fair Chase Homeowners Association (Fair Chase HOA) as many of the services to the condo members are provided through the Fair Chase HOA.
